I aim to give you a clear view of what my company is about and how I aim to please all that use our services. Below is a brief outline of my Experience within the building industry.

 I first entered the building trade some 17 years ago working as a 'Ceiling Fixer' my duties were more that of a Laborer, but I soon proved my self as an efficient and motivated employee. In the first two years I went from putting 'Gyprock' on walls and ceilings to reading plans and acutely building all Wall and Ceiling types.

 As time progressed, more responsibilities became available to me and after a great deal of hard work and dedication I found myself in a Supervisors position.

This was both rewarding and challenging and I made it my primary focus that all works carried out under my supervision were of the absolute premium standards to budgets, and that all deadlines placed in front of me were met.

 After many years within the ‘Ceilings and Walls’ industry I decided that I had the necessary knowledge and dedication to start my own Property Maintenance Business.

 Around2 it property maintenance & Solutions commenced just over 3 years ago and it without question a very successful business. Since commencement I have gain high recognition within some of Adelaide’s premium Commercial and Residential Companies carrying out works for  ‘Strata Data, ‘Badge Constructions’, Commercial SA’ (just to name a few) but never forgetting the residential sector...
